For a fresh graduate with little experience like me, finding a new job is difficult. The company opposite my house was the first place I went to apply for a job. And it was here that I first came to know the concept of “Call Center and customer care”. Everything is very new and I slowly approach them bit by bit, bit by bit. 3 weeks…, after more than a month, we finished the professional course with communication skills and started a new job listening to the line…

Nghề CALL CENTER - Nơi tôi đã trưởng thành

Career CALL CENTER – Where I grew up

Quiet… quiet… The cold wind in the night made me shiver, remembering the bitter cold of winter in Hanoi. It’s been 11 years since I escaped, 11 years away from home, 11 years I haven’t been able to welcome the New Year of Hanoi.
When the train whistle sounded, the train began to move, it was also when I left Hanoi, I left my parents to go to Saigon to study and at that time I cried. Crying because of homesickness, missing friends, remembering happy and sad memories of a student time. Saigon is beautiful, life in Saigon is noisy and bustling, but Saigon people are sociable, open and emotional. The first day of school everything was new, then in my mind I only knew how to study and later I would get a stable job. Then time passed, 3 years of school ended and I got married.
Everything is very new and I slowly approach them bit by bit, bit by bit. 3 weeks…, then more than a month we finished the professional course with communication skills and started a new job listening to the line. At that time, I was always afraid, trembling and confused, not knowing where to answer and advise customers from. After a day of work, our class sat together to chat, share the joys and sorrows of work, even some of you cried on the first day of work because of the customers’ scoldings.
After 2 years, everyone gradually quit their jobs, and I was the only one who took that course at the company at the Ho Chi Minh branch. Four years working at the company I have learned a lot of good things from my colleagues. How many times have I intended to find a new job with a higher salary, but I was afraid of difficult new beginnings and regretted all my efforts during the past years. And it was from those thoughts that I changed my way of thinking and working a lot. My determination and efforts were rewarded when I got a stable job at Minh Phuc roof (MPTelecom).
Saigon is cold and quiet at night, I feel homesick again, everyone has had a good night’s sleep, and I and my colleagues still continue our work, advising and supporting customers with all the joy. passion and love for the profession. There are only a few days left until the new year, next to the joy of welcoming the new spring. We couldn’t help but feel a little heartbroken, because of the nature of the customer service staff’s job, but we didn’t go home to celebrate Tet. Seeing my colleagues cry, but I can’t stop the tears that are flowing out. We only know how to comfort each other and never falter, because we are proud of the work we are doing, we bring useful services to customers.
“What is Callcenter profession?”. I’m sure you and I understand a little bit. Like you, I went from an ordinary telephone operator, then became a team leader, and got the job like today. I have to thank the Call Center profession very much. Thank you Minh Phuc’s family for letting me realize the true value of the profession… At the same time, it is also the place where I have been attached to the profession and grown up.
